Feb 16th 2009: New info added to CUSTOMERS Panel
New customer info has been added to your CUSTOMERS panel to help you to get in touch with customers and free members. You will now see Phone, Skype, MSN, Gmail, AIM (Aol Messenger) and Yahoo contact details showing. Keep in mind that your customers will need to have added instant messenger data in their profile in order for you to be able to see it

Feb 14th 2009: Payment Confirmation step added to the ADD URL Process
As you know, at UBIEE it is one of our goals to create a TRUE business model for you. With UBIEE SEO PRO URL submission, we have created the system to give you the flexibility to offer special promotions or discounts to your customers for their URLs (such as, first URL free, or 1 month fee, etc), this means that in some cases, your customers will submit URLs without completing the payment process through the URP website.

With the new changes, the 'Payment Confirmation' page appears after your customer has selected a category and entered a URL for review. This page presents your customers with three options. One of these options MUST BE CHOSEN in order for the URL to be submitted and available for verification in your verification panel. The THREE OPTIONS are as follows:

1.) I WOULD LIKE TO PAY NOW WITH PayPal or Alertpay
When option 1 is selected, your customer will proceed directly to the URL PAYMENT page, allowing them to complete the payment via a DIRECT SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENT to your PayPal or AlertPay account.

2.) I AM TAKING ADVANTAGE OF A PROMOTION OFFERED BY Fionnuala Fox
When option 2 is selected, your customer can submit a PROMO or VOUCHER code, which will be sent to your email address, along with all of the URL info, and your customers contact info. For example, if you advertise a special deal for URP URLs on your personal website or blog, etc, you can include a 'promo code' which your customer can enter, to verify the offer presented. Please Note, its your responsibility to keep track of offers and promo codes that you create, our system currently informs you if a customer enters a promo code or voucher, but does not keep track of the details of your offer.

3.) I WOULD LIKE TO REQUEST ALTERNATE PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS
When option 3 is selected, your customer can enter a short note indicating how they would like to pay, this request will be sent to you along with all of the URL info and customer contact details.

IMPORTANT: With EACH of these options, its YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to only verify URLs that you are satisfied have been paid for, or otherwise approved by you as being part of a promotion or special offer. If you receive a message indicating that a URL has been submitted and that the customer has NOT YET paid, or wants to negotiate an alternate payment arrangement, its in your best interest to hold that URL until all requirements have been met. DO NOT simply verify URLs just because they are pending in your verification panel if you have not been paid or made sufficient communication with your customer.

Feb 12th 2009: Live Mode added for UBIEE SUPERsplash Pages
ATTENTION to all UBIEE SUPERsplash Page owners, you will now find a new feature on your MultiDomain Tracker, called Live Mode. This feature allows you to enter an external URL that the system will use as a LIVE source page, instantly updating your USsP page on all 362 domains, to match the URL that you provide as a source.

This means that if you currently have a webpage online that you make regular changes to, or if your USsP 'source page' contains dynamic content such as rotating news, updates or ads, that changes to your source page will also appear in REAL TIME on all of our URP Domains showing your SUPERsplash Pages. You can switch back to Normal mode at any time, and the system will go back to showing your original USsP Page.

Feb 8th 2009: Account Expiring stats added
Now you can see Act. Expiring on the System Totals in the overall stats at the top of your URP Data Center. Act. Expiring refers to CUSTOMERS who have canceled their subscription but are still active until the end of the payment cycle. IMPORTANT: You will also be able to see Act. Expiring CUSTOMERS in your CUSTOMERS Panel. If one of your CUSTOMERS cancels in the middle of a payment cycle, you will see their status change from CUSTOMER to Act. EXPIRING. Keep a close watch, when you see one of your CUSTOMERS change to an Act. EXPIRING or FREE MEMBER status, contact them and offer your assistance!

Feb 8th 2009: Bank Transfer payment option now available
Payment by Direct Bank Transfer has now been added to the URP Membership payment buttons. Bank Transfer is available for Yearly, Every 2 Years, and Lifetime memberships. Make sure to remind your FREE MEMBERS and CUSTOMERS that this option exists, as it is a universal payment method that is very convenient for many people. Note: This is not avalaible for URL Submissions or USsP Pages at this time.

Feb 7th 2009: Your URLS are NOW SHOWING on your SEO Promotional Pages!
We have been getting NON STOP TRAFFIC to your URP SEO Promotional Pages! Here at UBIEE HQ we are always looking for the best ways to get your products and services seen by thousands! That's why we have now added a random selection of YOUR OWN submitted URLs to each of your 362 SEO Promotional Pages! This will not only provide you with a lot more exposure, but it will also bring traffic from the sign up pages, back to your URP domains!

Feb 6th 2009: UBIEE SEO Promotional Links Added
Our MultiDomain Technology allows you to choose ANY of our 362 domains to use for personal affiliate link! Visit your NEW UBIEE SEO Promotional Links page found under your Promote menu item at the top of this page, and select a link of your choice. Your Promotional Links can be used anywhere, such as email, web pages, text ads, etc.

Feb 2nd 2009: Customer Satisfaction Survey
You will notice that below the stats on the top section of URP DataCenter Pages, we have added CLICK HERE to TAKE OUR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SURVEY . We have added this quick and simple survey to make sure that you are getting the support that you need from your URP Verifier/Sponsor.

Remember that once your customers have submitted URLs into the URP Network, that its YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to take action, either by verifying them or whatever is needed. If your customers are waiting around for days after submitting a URL, wondering whats happening, be advised that the CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SURVEY provides them with the chance to request a new Verifier/Sponsor. By being active and communicating with your customers, you will keep them, and build productive alliances!
