I'm a highly-spirited individual; optimistic, outgoing, warm & friendly. I enjoy listening to Ministry Channels; how the Bible Scriptures relate to our daily lives; I love the analogies and distinctions that affect my life and how I can apply and learn from them.

I help organizations define and develop their Top Talents. I teach business and sales professionals on how to apply our Validated Assessment Tools, so they can attract more clients, make more money and communicate effectively. I work in collaboration with Target Training International, Ltd., World Leader in the application of Personal and Professional Assessment Solutions Technology in the Workplace and Sales environment. My professional work has been in the Human Resource and Communication. I have a strong passion and desire for helping people; particularly in Career Coaching, Accountability and Assessment Coaching. I provide Job Benchmarking Consulting to Companies for Hiring Solutions and Job Fit.

I travel doing Trainings, Teaching classes and seminars on "Dynamic Communication" and "Your Attitude Is Showing;" benefitting participants in increasing communication through understanding behaviors and attitudes. As what our Inspirational Guru, Lee Iacocca, states: COMMUNICATION IS EVERYTHING!.

I love Music, God blessed me with a natural Gift of Voice and creative talents. Occasionally, I perform in various countries. I help non-profit organizations, Ministries and Churches in their Fundraising projects and various worthy causes. I learned this phrase from my Grade School Bible Teacher:...SHE WHO SINGS; PRAYS TWICE.... So I share my Voice Talent to the world. I have a precious 12-year old daughter; she likes drawing sketches and doing things with her creative hands.
